I have the same problem for the last many years i have tried ayurvedic and allopathy medicine but both did not work still suffering from it

Hello..What you are referring to seems like tinnitus...But sometimes we get that feeling even when there is water or wax inside ear..Apart from that you need to be examined by an ENT specialist for vertigo problem...Thank you
