Hello my self ambesh and my age is 22 yrs and i'm a upsc aspirant . Y PROBLEM IS FROM LAST FEW DAYS I THINK THAT I'M GETTING DIABIETS ALTHOUGH I'M GO THROUGH SOME MEDICAL TEST BUT THEN ALSO IT STUCK IN MY MIND THAT AT ANY TIME I'M GONNA DIAGNOSE THIS PROBLEM. PLS HELP ME I'M QUITE DISTURB WITH THAT.

Hello Ambesh, There is a need to understand your problem better before proceeding to an answer. It is important to know what has led you to this belief, whether there are any high risk factors like obesity, family history of diabetes, borderline sugar levels etc. Even if that is true, you must look to correct the modifiable risk factors. There is a disorder called as Hypochondriasis, which is an irrational fear of contracting a disease. Your description does suggest the same.
