Someone pulling my leg during sleep
A brief: This incident happened thrice with me, Sometimes I used to feel the presence of spirits, I thought I am not in my right mental condition, but now Been two years that is no more happening. I had bipolar disorder and borderline as described by a psychiatrist, whom I visited once. Present: In the past year, around 3 times, I have had experience (during sleep) that some is pulling my leg and dragging, I could properly feel it as it is happening in reality. On opening my eyes, I can see no one or no such thing. How normal is this, what can be the subsequent steps I can take. (I have started taking regular Yoga training for the last two weeks now.)
