Somethinf is wrong with my eye
This is happening since 3 days . My right eye has been constantly red and itchy . Also i feel something is there inside my eye everytime . And the bottom part of my eye is swelling from inside and also continuously watery

You seem to be suffering from acute conjunctivitis which is a common type of eye infection. You may need to use antibiotic and anti allergic eye drops. Confirmation of diagnosis is necessary before planning any treatment
