Something bite when sleeping in the dark

Asked for Male, 60 Years

My father was bitten by something during night and two marks like needle size on the skin. Blood has come out and he has taken TT from a RMP doctor. So far(20hrs) he has no fever, no vomiting and no other complaint. Please advise what should be watched out for. He stays slightly remote area far from the city. I am away from my house right now, bit worried.
