With this my eyes have become red and pain is happening . And my eyes got swollen due to this I'm having more trouble

There might be foreign body in eye , you should consult ophthmologist for physical examination ,till you may use Tobrex eye drops+ Refresh liquigel eye drops both 4-5 times .
