At age of 42 years enlarged prostate needs more evaluation by digital rectal examination by a urologist/ surgeon, serum PSA and trans rectal ultrasonography for hypoechic area, Urine examination routine and microscopic along with post Prostatic massage urine sample is also advisable to detect element of prostatitis. Treatment as per clinical evaluation. Small asymptomatic stone in the kidney should have a regular follow up
