Sonud in knees
Every time I seat down there's is sound like "tak tak " I don't have any pain and NVR had... but why this sound ia this normal, what is the reason

Hi there I understand your concern.... Over time, gas can build up in the areas surrounding the joint, forming tiny bubbles in the synovial fluid. When you bend your knee, some of the bubbles burst, and ligaments may snap or pop. This is normal, and happens to everyone from time to time so nothing much to worry... Consult orthopedic surgeon for further details.
