Sore corners of the mouth at the lips
I have had these sores on the side of my mouth ever since I was in middle school and every once in a while they would red red and puffy and if popped produce a white milky pus. Now these tiny clusters of bumps just inside my lips on the corner of my mouth have formed.

Hi mam, Please consult a dentist it might be a viral infection and has to be treated with anti viral drugs .

Might be these your sores be oral mucosal lesions due to viral infections which are recurred after sometimes...so consult an oral pathologist ....

Try to consult the dentist as soon as poaaible because v need to visualize the sores and the etiology of their occurence. Mostly they r viral  infections and for this u to take anti viral drugs

You seem to be having cold sores or oral herpes infection. It is a viral infection that is self limiting but can occur again. Oral antivirals and antiviral creams are useful in severe breakouts if started early. Consult a doctor for a definitive diagnosis
