Sore right knee
Had a old football injury I done my acl in my knee nearly 6 year ago it's been okay but now im getting pains and stiffness in it ?

Post ACL reconstruction, there is a high incidence of patellofemoral joint pains. This may be the cause of your stiffness, especially after prolonged sitting and pain while negotiating stairs. Walking may be uneventful.
