Sore throat after
I hace pollen allergy and was sneezing all day. Earlier today I sneezed, after that I instantly complained about my throat hurting in the center. Its been a few hours now, and I went to eat something, I heard a "crack" and couldn't swallow without extreme hurting of my throat. Breathing, and talking fine, but it hurts to swallow salivia. Is this serious? What is the remedy? Please help. I am scared.

you need to start with nasal spray for allergy control. throat ulcer should heal..drink adequate water and avoid spicy oily food.

You may have injured your pharynx while sneezing forcefully which may have caused traumatic ulcer in the pharynx. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. Only symptomatic treatment is required. You may need to take over the counter analgesics for few days
