Sore throat & nasal congestion headache.

Sir I have these Symptoms from 3 week's throat irritation & pain , nasal congestion & pain , now from 5 days I should feel also jawline,ear and eyes irritate aur pain aur lowerback side of head & Forehead pain sometimes feel stomach upset. I should visit a general Physician of central government hospital in 18 , 25 March & 3 April where he should recommend the below Medicine - levocitrizine taken for 5 days in first consultant , Azithromycin 500 taken 3 days in 2nd consult and now in 3rd consultant he should only recommend Treatar I for 15 days and nasal spray where already 7 days left  . He also check my blood test , here my CBC report is Hb-14.6 , TLC -8.070, DC.N- 59 L-31, E- 10. Sir pls help me is it corona or another disease ??? Bdw I haven't any international travel history also hasn't go outside of state. And also haven't Direct contact with any Covid-19 positive patients. Sir please help me out from this I have already stressed and so much panic
