Hi I have a sore throat and cold from last one day and now I have a sore and itchy throat.i am feeling fever and I am not even in my city. Please help me. Thanks in advance

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
