I have mild fever and sore throat! Even not speak clearly..please suggest ,tried salt water rinse but not improved much.

Most probably its URTI. Tab amoxyclav 625 mg 1—0—1 Tab paracetamol 500 mg 1—0—1 Tab montair-LC 0—0—1 TAKE PLENTY OF FLUIDS. STEAM INHALATION 1—0—1 DO GARGLING WITH LUKE WARM WATER WITH PINCH OF SALT ALL ABOVE MEDICINE FOR 5 DAYS ONLY.
