Sore throat difficulty in speaking
Have taken a Azax 500 mg yesterday night on advise from a friend. It also impacted my digestive system a little but that’s not a worry yet.
I have two more tablets left. Would like to know when to take them and in what quantity (full or half tablet)

Dosage of aziththromycin for adults is 500mg once daily after food. Aziththromycin can sometimes cause loose stools, if severe needs to be stopped. My advise is to avoid self medication with proper diagnosis of your condition.
