I am having problem engulfing anything. It is very painful when I engulf anything. There are white spots on my tonsils and the glands are swollen.

Hello. Looks like you have an Acute Follicular Tonsillitis. You need to start with antibiotics and gargles on consultation with a doctor. Add an analgesic for pain. Would also like to know how often this kind of episode is occurring?
