Sore throat
I recently took some paracetamol and then ever since that when I eat my left gland swells and I get a pain in my throat, I'm swallowing fine it just hurts, what could it be??

Your history isn't adequate..you have not mentioned which gland...I assume it is submandibular salivary gland... during eating if it is swollen that means salivary duct is blocked... better to consult with an ENT specialist to rule out any stone in the duct other pathology...
