Sore throat, swelling tonsils, dryness
I am 30 yr old male, average smoking, drinking from 4 years
Recently feeling dryness in throat, swelling tonsils at left, bt no pain at all, no white spots or red spots.
Little difficulties during swallowing, no dry cough as well.
I frightened if it is cancer or tonsillitis.
All other functions are normal.
No bleeding in cough, no ear ache , no weight loss.
Instead gained wait abnormal in last 3 months
Plz help me if it some serious thing or just viral.
Also how to cure it.

Please consult a doctor who can examine you and advise accordingly. Don't do self diagnosis and cause unnecessary stress to yourself.
