  4. Sore tongue and throat. Pain in my ears!

Sore tongue and throat
I recently was off antibotics for strepthroat. Now im dealing with my tongue swelling and sore for no reason that i know of and making it hard to swallow and sometimes breath it also causes pain in my ears

Could be an inflamed Lingual Tonsil. Cannot say for sure unless I examine you.
