Hello There, This may be due to Respiratory Track Infection. 1) Do Three times gargling by this solution:-  One Glass water + salt 2tst + Turmeric powder 1 tsf = Boil for 5 minute. 2) Avoid -cold -Fried -Oily -heavy food. 3) Take these medicines course for five days:- a) Tablet Zyrcold Twice daily b) Tablet Calpol three times a day C) Tablet Zifi 200mg three times a day d) Syrup Ascoril 10 - 10ml three times a day. Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  These symptoms are suggestive of a viral upper respiratory tract infection.  You should drink plenty of fluids and take paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food. Take steam inhalations and you can use betadine throat gargles to do gargles as advised on the package. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
