Soy and Thyroid
Hello, I found out that I have thyroid nodules 3 to be exact, I was wondering if my diet of soy products is affecting my thyroid ?, in addition I do have a family history of thyroid nodules, my grandmother had them as well, so my question is should I still eat foods with soy ?
