Closure of gaps can be done with orthodontic treatment ( clips / braces )... treatment duration depends on the amount of gaps present... so kindly consult an orthodontist nearby n get the needful done asap...

Time required to close the front teeth gap, also known as diastema, could be as less as an hour (by fillings) or a couple of days (by veneers), to up to an year (by orthodontic braces). It depends as per the case.
Next Steps
Consult a reputed dentist and get ur case evaluated. The dentist will suggest you the best possible treatment plan as per ur treatment time frame and budget.
