Spasm due to gas
Having gas and acidity problems from few days.Yesterday,there was a family function at home,which required a lot of stress,so could not take proper rest and was feeling full of stomach,having loss of appetite,frequent vomiting,dry mouth and became senseless after a sudden Spasm,but regained consciousness after a good sleep.

Consider a USG scan. If normal then consider a upper GI endoscopy. See your physician / surgeon
