Hello Doctor this is Arif khan My son is turning to 4 but can seak properly even cant make sentences. Is it normal? He can speak approx 20 words only.He understand everything but cant make sentances. Whom to consult? His ears are normal no issue with that. Please help me i am worried a lot for him
