Speaking problem..and mouth drolling
After an accident...I got a hit on my face upper jaw...after then whenever i try to speak...saliva comes out of the corners.and also i can't able to speak a single word properly...plz help me out..

There may be obstruction of salivary duct. You need sialogram, CT scan / MRI and reconstruction of salivary duct.
