  4. Speech delay. Days he can not do so.

My 3 year old son has a delay speech. He hears and sometimes repeat after me,but the problem is when ask to say the Sam thing in two or three days he can not do so.

If hearing is normal,speech will follow. Just keep talking to him in a normal language,he'll pick words up gradually.
