  4. Speech delay. Same thing in a week time.

My 3 year old son is experiencing speech delay and also does not follow instructions all the time. He hears and sometimes repeat after me but can not say the same thing in a week time.

Get his BERA done to look for any hearing deficit. Start speech therapy as well. Are other milestones normal or delayed?
