I can understand your concern. The count is low as is the motility. This can be temporary following an illness or surgery or injury. Your fertility expert can help with medication to improve the count and recheck after three months to see if it has improved. You can also discuss with them chances for conception and devise a plan for what to do next if the count does nor improve.
Rarely if your fertility is high you can get pregnant naturally. However if there are problems with ovulation then conceiving may need help of your fertility specialist.
