Hi doctors,
We are married 4 months before and from first day we are planned to have baby so we had regular sex life but still now my wife dint get pregnant is it due to low sperm count or some other my wife is having regular periods and no irregular but problem is she is just 40kgs and iam 79 kgs she is getting periods even though we had sex kindly guide us so that we may get a baby soon

Hi, first of all don't worry , as period of minimum 5-6 months should be given . know few things that I want to take care ie , first try to do sex during fertile period that is 12-16 day from first day of menses, eat healthy n nutritious food, take proper sleep n hydrate ur self properly. If required meet gynaecologist to check general status of health.
