I have undergone a sunath operation 2 weeks before..I masturbate yesterday it was something fleshy..before it was white in colour..but now it luks like fleshy..is there any problem

No. Not a problem. Probably it happened because you masturbated after a gap of few days. Just take adequate fluids. Do it a couple of times with a gap in between. It should be ok. Dont worry. If it recurs we will check.
