Sperm motility and morphology issue
Aged 30yrs, conducted semen analysis recently with spillage. Result as follows :
sperm count 44million per ml and total count 163millions. Live 45%. Ph 8.0.Total motility 40%(progressive 36% and non progressive 4%).morphology normal forms 2%.hypoosmotic swelling 49%(normal>55%).aric test4%(normal>15%).agglutination: nil. pus cells 01/hpf. Impression:astheno teratozoospermia. Kindly provide valid comment, as I am going to urologist.
