Sperm not releasing during intercourse
I am married and last 5 years I am trying for parenthood. Many times I did Semen analysis and found it is negative. While recently did TisaPisa test where I found that I have sperm but it it is blocked and not releasing during intercourse. Doctor is suggesting for IVF but my pocket didn't allow me to for the same as it is high cost and chances are 50_50.
Hence seeking for a good consultation.

Yes exactly the cost is high and chances are only 30% better there are two options we can go with ayurvedic medicine so that u can ejaculate sperm or else we can go with donor sperm with iui treatment which is very cheap it is not costly
