Sperum count nil
In my semen analysis it shown sperm count as nil and i have done scrotum scan it shown normal, i have given test for LH,FSH, Testosterone. What is this issue called and is it curable

First of all get it tested from some good lab again Keeping 3-5 days abstain from sex. If it still comes out to be nil, then we can try with few medicines to increase it.

If repeated seman examination shows same reports, then it's an azoospermia. Consult an expert, it's only concern regarding fatherhood, nothing to do about sexual performance. Mostly it can not be treated with medicines, but some pts can achieve fatherhood via Assisted reproductive technology.
