Hi, you can go with a gel sunscreen with silicon base. SPF can be decided on the amount of sun exposure and the type of skin. Sunscreen has to be applied 30 mins before sun exposure, and if you are going to stay out for a long time then can re- apply after 3-4 hours.
Next Steps
Consult for a proper skin care routine.

Hello If you have oily skin, then go for gel based sunscreen Choose a variant which mentions hypo allergic and non comedogenic Also go for SPF 50 or more of working outdoors or having a field work in your job profile SPF 30 would be okay for indoors Yes!! You need to apply sunscreen even in indoors Reapply every 2-3 hourly according to spf Its always preferable to see other parameters like PA+++ and critical length for appropriate protection Best to use physical sunscreen as zinc oxide helps in acne control so if you are someone who doesn't have any problem with white cast which is sadly only side effect, then go for it
Next Steps
Consult me online if you want a proper skincare routine along with recommendations of sunscreen suitable for skin
