Hi..see someone for vertigo...check Ears, BP, sugars, cervical spine issues and hormonal changes for the same . Number is not causing vertigo.

Use of progressive glasses for the first time could make you feel slightly uncomfortable till you are used to it. However, it is still advisable to get your refraction checked by an ophthalmologist. If the vertigo persists, then you would need to see a physician or an ENT specialist.

Such low powers usually dont cause vertigo.. and not advisable to increase the power without getting it checked
