I would advise you to meet with an orthopedician or a neurosurgeon, you will require further investigations such as an X-ray or MRI to know the status of the lumbar spine disc position and if it is bulging and impacting upon the cord. You will most likely require physiotherapy and back exercises if it is low grade. So kindly go to the orthopedician or neurosurgeon to be evaluated and undergo further investigations.
