I have been disc bulge l4-l5 And passing through a left nerve root. Non invasive treatment how may days can I take rest

Absolutely bed rest for 20 days. Then goes to physiotherapy for strengthening and stretching exercises of back extension.

10 days rest combined with physical therapy sessions will relieve your pain and help you get back with your daily activities
