Hi,
I am working as an IT professional. I have a dull pain on my back , so I took an MRI scan and the result is as below
Mild degenerative disc disease at L3-L4
What does this means and is it serious?
Does it require surgery?
What can be done to prevent this from progressing further?
Also would like to know if wearing a spinal belt/ posture correction belt while working is advisable??
Thanks
