I am under treatment for spinal TB since last 10 months. My esr level was month on decreasing as the infection symptoms were fading. But last month, my esr report said it has increased from 80 to 104 mm/hr. Reactive protein has also increased to 14. The pain has also increased. Does that mean the infection has increased? Is it possible to get the ifection increased while getting treated for tb for 10 montga and still on medication?
