Hi there....For spine diagnostics, MRI is necessary...Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon for further investigation and treatment.

Consult an orthopedic doctor and take a Xray if necessary  MRI for your spine. Its a clinical problem. Once your pain is reduced gradually start doing swimming, Cycling, weight training for your metabolic problem such as (abdominal fat, lean legs) At the age of 27... In my opinion : Muscle mass, posture correction and pain relief can be achieved by regular exercises (again don't just marry treadmill - do weight training) and common sense dieting.
