Pain is due to your sitting habits and working. Prolonged poor sitting leads to loads on specific areas. Improve your sitting and work in an ergonomic atmosphere such that the spine is relaxed and in neutral alignment. Do stretching exercises.

Dear sir Most common reason for back pain is mechanical, which is due to load on the joints, disc and muscles, which will get better with medicines As your pain is not getting better with medicines you can do two things 1. If your pain is not at all getting better  then you can go to a doctor or take video consultation 2. If your pain getting better slowly then physiotherapy (back strengthening exercises, core exercises)
Next Steps
avoid prolonged sitting avoid bending forward and lifting weights can use a gel and hot fermentation
