My father fall down from terrace and had spinal cord hair line fracture around 3 month back now in our last MRI it seems below mentioned issue because of that he lost his control for Urine , urine automatically flowing without his knowledge and he is also suffering from leg cramps although he is able to walk slowly but still he is pain. MRI report in depth : Partial collapse & compression burst fracture of the superior half of L1 vertebral body with retropulsion / bulging of its postero-superior aspect into the spinal canal , producing compression of thecal sac along with the conus tip and right nerve root
