Spine pain
I did headstand (sheersh asan) on a hard surface. after doing it, my head, top part, was paining. that pain reduced after some time, but my neck (back part and slightly below) is paining. and sometimes the pain goes to right arm. and lower back is also paining. the pain is 4/10 on neck and 3/10 on lower back. MRI says mild hypo tension in C2_C3, C3 C4,C4C5 ,C5C6

Take physiotherapy treatment ASAP..  it's a radiculopathy pain , you will get relief by physiotherapy... Always perform yoga under supervision and few aasanas are not recommended for everyone... Many factors decides whether it's to be done or not. .
