Spine ttuberculosis
Im on tb medication from last 7 months. There was no pain for last 4 months. Recently i started getting back pain again and we went to hospital and done mri scan,report attached. Whats the solution now? My current doctors are help less. My pain is more than before now.

There s good thing that the soft tissue component is healed according to recent m r I. That means your infection is getting better and will heal completely. However, there s some collapse at involved level in vertebrae which can be managed by using a brace ( thoraco- lumbo- sacral brace) and activity restrictions and modifications. Please share your latest esr report also

You need to share your previous reports and films as well for comparison to give any opinion It will be advisable to also meet with a spine specialist doctor for checkup

Please do share your initial MRI and other reports along with your complaints The present MRI is showing that the TB lesion is resolving but need to correlate with above requirements Thanks
