In the middle of sleep last night, when I got up, I had little sensation of room spinning. I feel this Everytime I get up from bed. In normal routine, I feel very small balance issue stability.
I visited a GP who said it's a positional vertigo.
What should I do, visit an ENT or neurologist.
Or need home medicinal treatment sufficient?
Please advice positively.
Thank you so much
