The tooth is having decay with involvement of nerve.it needs root canal treatment and crown.

The yellow mark indicates a vertical split of the molar. This is involving the pulp and a root canal is recommended. However a clinic examination is must to assist you anything on this. An xray will be advised.... If a hemi section root canal is possible your dentist will guide you on this
