For Cervical spondylosis Take some calcium medicines (TAB Gemcal 1-0-1) Tab D - shine 60K once weekly for 8 weeks Pain killers If required(Tab LANOL ER twice daily) Also start with neck exercises Please visit a spine surgeon if pain persists after 2 weeks of treatment You can call on hotline number.
