I have shoulder pain below the left shoulder blade radiating to the left hand with numbness on fire finger. There is pain on the lower back. I am suffering from vertigo also. Which doctor should I consult.

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must. • Ball exercises for hand • Wrist Exerciser Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily
