Spotting before and after periods
I used to get normal and regular periods. But lately from  dec 2022, it was observed that I am getting sometimes delayed period and sometime on time..Also, I had painful periods.Post that I did my blood test and ultrasound, which came as normal. Doctor gave me ayurvedic medicine for a month. After that I had no issue with periods for few months. But lately I have observed that I am having spotting 2 3 days before my periods. I am having my periods on time but lighter. Also, I have spotting for 4 5 days after  my periods. No pain or cramps. Sometimes, I have pain in lower abdomen if I am sitting for too long or giving pressure on my lower abdomen for too long. At present I weigh 98 kg with ht 5ft 6 inch..and have gained 10 kg in past 3 years. I am stressed because of this situation. Kindly let me know what should be the action in this case
