Spotting for 3 weeks on nustrate injec

I started using the injection in may this year i dont get my periods for 1month two weeks then the other two weeks am spotting,now my problem is i have been spotting for 3 weeks and am crampings and the blood discharge has a texture like flesh is it normal please advice
